A portable synthetic sports surface shall be provided, comprising a pure vinyl surface layer, calendered and grained, associated with a PVC closed cell foam lower layer, reinforced by a non-woven fiber glass mesh complex, type Taraflex® Badminton, with approximate thickness 3.9 mm .
It shall be a portable system delivered in 3-roll court ( 2.7 lm x 16 lm), with Velcro joints and painted game lines, approved by the International Badminton Federation.
This coating shall comply with Group T(A) for abrasion resistance. It shall include a Protecsol® cross-linked dirt protection treatment.
This surface
- shall have undergone Sanosol® treatment during manufacture, making the entire thickness fungi static and anti-bacterial,
- shall have the following fire resistance : C (European standard pr EN 11925).
